Kristin FitzPatrick's short stories have been awarded the 2011 Thomas Wolfe Fiction Prize and nominated for a Pushcart Prize. Her fiction has been recognized by Glimmer Train and has appeared in Colorado Review, The Southeast Review, and Epiphany. In 2009-2010, she was writer-in-residence at The Seven Hills School in Cincinnati. Kristin has an MFA from California State University, Fresno, and an MA in Writing from DePaul University. She teaches English in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is at work on a novel.
